Flea Market Finds!

Visiting flea markets has become one of the favorite pastimes of the Summer for both locals and visitors to Ystad and Österlen. “Loppis”- signs popping up like mushrooms along the roads and in the villages. Here, we highlight some of the more permanent ones, several of which are open all year-round. 

Allt i Allo, Hammenhög

This place calls itself a “stuff market,” and there’s plenty of stuff to find! As one of Österlen’s largest buyers of estate sales, new items arrive every week. It’s open almost every Saturday. There’s also often a trunk sale for those who want even more than the store’s huge selection.

Blå Hallen, Skillinge

Once a month, a long line forms as people eagerly wait for the doors to open at Skillinge IF’s well-organized market, where the chances of finding great bargains are high. Be sure to arrive early!

Hammenhögs IF

Loppismagasinet in Hammenhög is a charming and well-stocked flea market with something for everyone – here you’ll find everything from vintage items and porcelain to furniture, clothing, and books. The spacious venue is filled with nostalgic treasures, perfect for those who enjoy browsing among old finds. It’s a place you’ll want to visit again and again.

Lundins Lada, Gärsnäs

This well-maintained flea market just outside Gärsnäs is a must-visit for any treasure hunter. Every Saturday, year-round, about a dozen vendors come together to offer everything from antiques and art to retro items and things you didn’t even know you needed. There’s also a charming café on site.

Mariedals Antik & Loppis, Hammenhög

A very well-organized flea market spanning an impressive 600 square meters, featuring antiques, retro items, design pieces, and curiosities all housed in a beautiful Scanian farmhouse. If you get tired from all the sights and shopping, accommodations are also available on site!

Suckarnas Gång, Simrishamn

Early every Saturday morning from April to September, up to 150 sellers set up their goods at Simrishamn’s legendary outdoor flea market, offering everything from children’s clothes to antiques. A mix of professional vendors and private individuals ensures that this truly is a market with something for everyone.

Öja FF & Johans Lada

A nonprofit, community-run flea market held once a month just outside Ystad. The organization sells a wide variety of second-hand items such as clothing, household goods, books, and toys. The flea market is a popular gathering spot for bargain hunters and locals who appreciate sustainability and unique finds.

Österportstorg, Ystad

The flea market at Österportstorg in Ystad is a vibrant meeting place where the heart of the city pulses with the joy of bargain hunting and a sense of community. Sellers and visitors gather here to buy and sell second-hand treasures – everything from vintage items and clothing to books and household goods.
