Join us on a musical journey through the Rainforest with the Fred Holmlund Trio!

Fred Holmlund’s guitar is the focus, but through bassist Jakob Gerhardsson’s jazz influences and percussionist Isidor Abdelkader’s background in folk music, the trio becomes a crossover project where a mixture of musical influences live in symbiosis. The repertoire ranges from traditional Brazilian choro pieces to Egberto Gismonti’s bold and adventurous music. A kind of love letter to Brazil, signed with their own Scandinavian roots.
