The Phoenicians brought the first vines here and here the unusual grapes have flourished for millennia.

We try volcanic Frappato from the slopes of Etna, Intense Umbrian Sangiovese/Sagrantino, Friulian Ribolla Gialla and indulge in Nebbiolo from Lombardy's Valtellina!

Join us on a tasting journey through millennia of traditions and discover new grapes and flavors. Before the tasting, we eat a delicious main course that is included in the ticket price.
