Vernissage Living with a garden

At At 2 p.m., museum director Anna Gullmark opens and then Gabriella Dahlman shows her exhibition.
Free entrance.

Ulla Molin (1909–1997) is one of Sweden's most famous garden architects. She came to represent the minimalist and modernist garden and was in many ways ahead of her time.

On Tallgatan in Höganäs, Ulla Molin created during her last years the garden for which she has become best known. In 2010, 13 years after her death, this amazing place was declared a listed building. The aim was to preserve a garden representative of the late 20th century, for particularly cultural and historical values, the well-thought-out choice of plants and the intact design. Ground covers, plants cut to shape, the blurred boundary between outside and inside and the space-creating garden, everything that is Ulla Molin's signature can be found here.
