Outdoor cinema: The movie about Kal P Dal

The uncrowned king of the folk parks from Arlöv gets new life in the Guldbagge-nominated documentary about Kal P Dal. Kalle med pedalerna became the folk park success of the 70s and rocked the ass of the Swedish people with his irresistible charm and energy.

The documentary depicts his musical journey, from the debut album Till Mossan, which revolutionized rock in the Skåne language, to the folk park tours that made him one of Sweden's greatest artists. With a long list of hits, Kal P Dal became not only a much-loved artist, but also a joy-maker who left his mark on the Swedish music scene.

The screening begins with a conversation with the people behind the film, before the film starts at 9 p.m.

The screening is arranged by Ystad Municipality together with Ystad i Centrum. The film tour is financed by Sparbanken Skåne. The screening is free!

The event is part of Sommarscen Norra Promenaden – a meeting place in the heart of Ystad.
