Eva has devoted three decades to her work as a freelance designer and artist,
where she combines playfulness with an exquisite sense of detail. She has had
the privilege of living and working in Sweden, Italy and Japan, which has given her a
rich source of inspiration. In Milan's vibrant folk life and Tokyo's everyday life, she finds
constantly new ideas. During her career, Eva has collaborated regularly with IKEA
and other companies, where she has created vibrant collections. Her penchant for exquisite
materials are evident in her work, where silk from Jaipur, fine cotton poplin from
northern Italy, beautiful mother-of-pearl buttons from Piacenza and embroideries from skilled
tailors in New Delhi often play the leading role.
