Stephen King's LIDA at Ystad Theatre

On a remote country road, the famous author Paul Sheldon has a serious car accident. He wakes up in a lonely house, where he is lovingly cared for by former nurse Annie Wilkes. But it is not long before he realizes that something is not right.
His stay in the house quickly develops into a terrifying struggle for control when he realizes that his life rests in the increasingly erratic hands of Annie.
Now Lida returns to the stage with Samuel Fröler in the role of Paul and Maria Kulle. Together with the experienced horror director Rikard Lekander, they create a claustrophobic chamber play about power, obsession and survival - a performance that gets under your skin.
