City tour with open vintage fire engine

You ride in an open fire truck from the thirties and at the same time get to know Ystad's history, such as stories about the monastery and church that were built in the 13th century and more than three hundred half-timbered houses from the 16th century onwards. Several funny stories are told and it is a fun experience for both young and old as we also visit our own enchanted forest.
The tours depart from the city's center Stortorget, which was built in the 12th century.

Ystad's Volunteer Rescue Corps also welcomes you to our fire brigade museum, where admission is free.
