Run for life Ystad

This day we raise the topic to prevent more people from being affected tomorrow. We meet this day and talk about suicide and mental illness. A topic we need to talk about more to save lives. On site in Ystad we get to listen to experiences.

Run or walk as many laps as you want. No fee or timing. Just great exercise for an important topic. One lap is 1 km, there will be a marked course on site. After the finish line, there will be an apple drink and the course.

We have chosen to support the foundation Dare to Be Yourself!!

On site we will sell raffle tickets with great prizes (which various companies have donated to us). We also have sales of buffs, hats and T-shirts. Swish works well. All sales go directly to the Foundation, Dare to Be Yourself!!
