Welcome to a full day of writing craft with authors Susanna Alakoski and Mats Söderlund in Simrishamn on April 26.

We will go through literary issues and choices such as genre, style, approach and tone. We will talk about metaphors, similes and provide other practical tools, tips and advice. What makes a text work? How does a story become literature?

Österlen Poesi & Prosa is located in central Simrishamn, a five-minute walk from the station. Here you will take a writing course in a professionally equipped room surrounded by the sea, rapeseed and wheat fields. Within easy cycling distance you can reach several different fishing villages such as Baskemölla, Vik and several nature reserves. There are libraries, restaurants, small cozy shops and a lovely fish shop.
