Skåne lace and other lace

Welcome to the Local History Museum in Stora Herrestad.
In this summer's themed exhibitions, we present the museum's fine collection of lace-worked Skåne lace and our mini-exhibition on plastics.

The museum has collections in several areas:
Peasant textiles and folk costumes
Utensils for the kitchen and textile handling
Photo archives from the countryside
Tools from various professions within the farming community
Stone axes and other ancient finds
