Silent Yoga by Emilia (All levels)

Emilia is named yoga teacher of the year 2019 and is doing a wonderful summer tour in Sweden where Ystad - Hotell Fritiden is one of the stops this year.

You will be able to take part in a magical yoga class with the unique Silent Summer tour concept where everyone gets a pair of headphones on site. You who participate will get a fantastic energy boost and will bounce from there with a strong mind and a strong body and a heart filled with love.

Beginners are welcome at Silent Yoga by Emilia. The pass is adapted to all levels.

After the class, you will be able to buy "Boost by Emilia Juice" right by the green in our cart. This is made from scratch from our own Juicebar with Emilia's favorite ingredients to boost the whole system. The perfect end to a yoga class and start to the day!
