St Nicholas Eve at Glimmingehus

Hear the story of this influential historical figure, and how he evolved into today's clap-giving Santa. Take part in an atmospheric display in the castle about how Christmas was celebrated in older times, and enjoy mulled wine and gingerbread in our atmospheric roaster house from the 17th century. There you can try pouring candles and tying a Christmas doll in straw - as well as writing a wish list with quill and ink. The wish list is sent to Santa!

Go to the historical Christmas quiz in the castle and meet St. Nikolaus himself who might have something for the children... The shop is open and has nice Christmas gift offers.
