First courses from Österlen – Asparagus and Wine

Wine, asparagus and a Friday at that – that’s what an evening here at Skepparp is all about.

On April 25th it’s time again and the asparagus waiting on your plate comes from Friedrich Pape here in Österlen. We will serve 4 different dishes with asparagus in focus. The wine package includes matching wines from our own farm, of course. 🥂
