In the spring, Pettson prepares the vegetable garden and sows and plants vegetables and potatoes. Findus likes making things grow and tries to make a meatball sprout. But it's not so easy to grow when the chickens come and scratch everything up again. And when the chickens are in safe custody, someone else comes and destroys it.
