National Day celebration in Simrishamn

Sweden's National Day will be celebrated traditionally from the stage in Brunnsparken on June 6th from 11:00 to 12:00. Listen to the National Day speech by the author and August Prize winner Susanna Alakoski, music by the Simrishamn Music Corps, and singing by opera singer Philip Hartman. The Chairman of the Municipal Council, Christer Akej, will present Simrishamn Municipality's cultural award, sports award, and association leadership scholarship. The host will be Charlotta Wasteson, Chairman of the Culture and Leisure Committee. The event will last approximately one hour, and the public is warmly welcomed.
