Celebrate Sweden's National Day in Simrishamn – a warm welcome to Brunnsparken on June 6!

Simrishamn Municipality invites you to an atmospheric and festive National Day celebration in the heart of Brunnsparken on Thursday, June 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Together we celebrate Sweden's National Day with music, speeches and a ceremonial award ceremony – a day for community, tradition and pride.

Ceremonial speech by Björn Ranelid
Author and entertainer Björn Ranelid will be a guest at the celebration with an inspiring and personal ceremonial speech.

Music and singing from the stage
Simrishamn's music choir will offer traditional National Day music, and opera singer Philip Hartman will brighten the event with his atmospheric singing.

Presentation of municipal awards
During the celebration, Simrishamn Municipality's cultural award, sports award and association leader award will be presented – a way to recognize and celebrate important contributions.
