Mosses on Stenshuvud

In collaboration with Naturum Stenshuvud, we head out into the park to learn more about mosses and to some extent lichens. Our guide is moss expert Staffan Nilsson, who is active in the Lund Botanical Society. Staffan teaches us the basics of bryology – for example, do you know how to distinguish a leaf moss from a liverwort? Maybe we will find whip baron moss, beach lime moss or coastal creeping moss? You don't need to register in advance – just show up. Bring a snack and preferably a magnifying glass.
