In connection with the regional "Scania week for mental health", you can today at
try mindfulness, or conscious presence, on Tuesday. Together we test different exercises that strengthen and sharpen our five senses. Bring your curiosity, kindness and joy of discovery! Therese Blunck from Mindfulness in the School is in charge of the arrangement. Every Tuesday until December 5th, something fun happens for children and young people in the library. Age: 9–16 years. Drop in!
