Cooking class - Wild edible plants

This workshop is about cooking with wild edible plants. Anita shares her experience and professional knowledge both in terms of knowing no one and picking these plants but above all how to cook them. After her introduction, you go out with baskets and botanize. Then it's time for a shared "wild" coffee before the actual cooking. You get the recipes to take home.
