Welcome to the artist's secret room, the studio. Marika and CG Wachtmeister have met and worked with artists for 30 years. Above all, they have visited artists' studios. This secret room where the artist gets his ideas and inspiration. A room that few are allowed to enter. They take the reader across the threshold to the studio where surprising things happen. Through interviews, the reader gets to meet the artist who is in the middle of his work. The reader gets an insight into the artist's profession as the book describes the creative process, from sketch to finished work. Privacy and undisturbed time are of great importance to artists.
