Wedding & Party Fair
Österlen is the perfect destination for your dream wedding, a wedding reception or why not a party to renew your vows to each other.
On Sunday, March 16, between 10 am and 4 pm, Tranesgården in Skåne Tranås will be open with free admission.

Meet musicians, find the right accessories, get tips on fun party stuff, talk about food and catering, see fantastic dresses and hear about the latest bridal fashion. Take the opportunity to talk about bridal bouquets and decorations, get tips on table setting and meet a wedding photographer. An exciting exhibitor will show how they preserve bridal bouquets/flowers or other things embedded in, for example, candlesticks.
If you have the papers ready, there is also the opportunity to get married on site, or pretend to do it and see it as practice. One of Österlen's most popular civil wedding officiants is on site, the stage is decorated, the musicians are ready and the atmosphere is just right.

Skåne Tranås is a village with about 300 inhabitants, located in the municipality of Tomelilla in Österlen.
The village has ancient origins and was known as a place for a coach house and inn, a meeting place where the old cobblestone square gave way to market ladies and the sale of various necessities. From having been one of the largest villages in Österlen during the days of the one-day shift, it is today a small village with a picturesque village center. When the villagers of Skåne Tranås said no to the railway, the intended railway junction was moved 9 kilometers south and Tomelilla was thus given the opportunity to grow and develop. Skåne Tranås is located along highway 19 between Ystad and Kristianstad, about 23 km north of Ystad.
