Victor and Josefine are best friends, even though he is a big hungry bear and she is a very small mouse. When Victor's valuable violin breaks, they travel to his homeland, Snackistan, to get it repaired. Here, the world’s best musicians used to spread joy with their music. But it turns out that all music has been forbidden for several years. There are brave residents fighting against the ban, and together with them and a mysterious masked hero, Victor and Josefine try to ensure that music is released once again in the land of bears.
