Art exhibition - sculpture and painting

Jonas Högström shows his heartfelt sculptures, often people in different emotional states, caught in everyday situations. "I try not to cross the river for water. Everything is close and inside us."

Ola Kronqvist likes to go out into nature with his watercolor box. Many times to the Skåne plain, most of all horizons attract. "I want the abstract expression to help so that there is always something to discover. A bit like when you look at a sky, an ocean or a field. What makes it interesting is that everything is constantly changing."

Emilie Strandberg's visual world is dreamlike and suggestive. She often takes literature, music and theater productions as a starting point in her painting. "I often paint over. Layer upon layer. Sometimes the foundation is glimpsed, a sketch. A fragment of text. I am challenged to understand when it is possible to call a painting finished."
