I who was so fun to drink wine with

"A glass of wine has never killed anyone" – a drama about choosing yourself.

Rebecka has moved to London and lives a creative life filled with family, friends and a freelance career, but also with unlimited opportunities to drink. The night before she turns forty, she sees a group of familiar people approaching; friends, family, colleagues and has time to think: "Damn, they've organized an intervention!" It turns out to be a surprise party instead, and relieved she gets drunk again as usual.

Through Anna Novovic's direction and Jani Lohikari's dramatization of Rebecka Åhlund's autobiographical book, we meet a woman who, with painful sincerity and humor, tries to understand her life: How did she end up here, in an addiction? From her childhood in Borås, the first teenage parties, to late nights out in the big city – where did it really start to go wrong?

An inspiring story about daring to stop running away and start facing life as it is.

On stage we see Sylvia Rauan, known from theater, film and television.
