From farm to table

We cook simple food from scratch using seasonal ingredients. We learn about ingredients, aromas, flavors and textures.
Each meeting begins with coffee and conversation about the week's theme and what we are going to cook for something. Then we divide into groups and cook. Each meeting ends with a lovely lunch of what we have cooked together.
