About "Blade Runner: The Final Cut"
"Blade Runner: The Final Cut" came out in 2007 and is said to be director Ridley Scott's favorite version of the 1982 classic. The film takes place in a futuristic world in Los Angeles sometime in the future (2019) when the city has become a dark and sad place. Rick Deckard is a so-called "blade runner", a police officer with a mission to kill genetically engineered replicants whose only crime is that they wish to be real people. As Deckard gets closer to the leader of the replicants, he begins to question his own identity.
