Writer's evening: Karin Tidbeck

Karin Tidbeck lives in Malmö and writes fantasy in Swedish and English. She debuted in 2010 with the collection of short stories Who is Arvid Pekon? and has since come out with another collection of short stories and two novels. The latest novel, Minnesteatern, was listed in the New York Times as one of the best fantasy books of 2021. Tidbeck also writes material for interactive fiction and role-playing games, most recently a role-playing adventure for Call of Cthulhu Sweden that takes place at Lund's Hospital during the late 1920s. She also freelances as a translator and writing teacher.
