Saturday 14 September at 17:00: A rebellion against death!

Meet the philosopher and author Patrick Linden. In his book "Mot döden" (Volante) he argues against our comprehensive cultural acceptance of death. He believes that we need to remind ourselves that death is evil and that we should seriously begin to resist not only physically but also philosophically.

After studying philosophy and psychology at Lund University, Patrick Linden went on an intellectual excursion that took him to London, California, Miami and New York - where he taught philosophy and bioethics at New York University for almost ten years. He is now back in Sweden and divides his time between Malmö and Österlen. He has a podcast called Levity – the longevity podcast together with Peter Ottsjö from Ny Teknik.
