MOVEMENT: After the lecture, Seth will coach you through a bodyweight workout. Here, we combine strength and conditioning in a smart and fun way that will get both your muscles and heart working hard. We will challenge ourselves with a mix of bodyweight exercises that will test your limits: think isometric positions (hold and push), eccentric movements (controlled descents that burn), and explosive concentric lifts that get your energy flowing!
This workout is a full-body celebration where both pulse, endurance, and muscle strength get a good workout – and the best part is that you can go at your own pace. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll find challenges suited to you. By using your body’s own weight as a tool, we build strength, stability, and sustainability that will benefit you both in and out of the gym.
