Ensemble 1600 - Romeo & Juliet
What fairy tale is as painful as the one about the beautiful Juliet and her Romeo? Their love stands in stark contrast to the hatred that their families harbor for each other. Their love is pure and innocent, and if the families had not hated each other with such bitterness, they would never have forced their children to death.
Ensemble 1600, a total of 42 young people, performs a performance with beautiful rhythms, fantastic music, heavy heartache, and colorful contemporary costumes in a theme that could take place in any era.
The ensemble is part of the Kulturskolan in Ängelholm. The young people are between 13-22 years old, and have chosen to specialize in early music.
The performance is performed in the castle's large hall, which has limited access. Included in the regular admission, first come, first served. Please say so at the entrance upon arrival.
A warm welcome!
