Cider tasting
We try 3 different varieties of the farm's dry, aged cider.
After a lighter variety, we try a variety with some body and character, and round off with a tougher variety m.a.p. bitterness, acidity and tannins.
Österskens Torra cider will probably change your view of cider and the drink's breadth and potential.
We are in the small-scale cidery where the craft takes place. Press, method and fermentation tanks are around us and I am happy to show those interested.
