Cider tasting with John Taylor & good food

On a hot summer day in 2018, the longing for a really good dry English cider became too great for John Taylor. The only sensible solution he saw to this problem was to make it himself. Now, a few years later, he has planted 4,000 cider apple trees in the Skåne soil and produces his own cider.

This evening we will test five different ciders together and will get answers to, among other things, when and with which food English cider goes best.

Before the tasting, we will eat a delicious main course together.
