Fire Department Museum

Ystads Frivillige Bergnings-Corps is Sweden's oldest Volunteer Fire Brigade (the second oldest in the Nordic countries). At our museum there are old fire engines and a lot of other material from old times. We also have a section that shows the history of our fine band. Knowledgeable guides will be happy to help you and tell you about the history of FBC. We are located at Bäckahästgränd and are open Thursdays 12.30-17.00 and Saturdays 11.30-15.30, free admission!
