Preparedness Week

As part of the Emergency Preparedness Week, Henrik Lindholm, Ystad Municipality's emergency preparedness strategist, will give a lunchtime lecture on the municipality's emergency preparedness, civil defence and what a state of heightened alert can mean.

Emergency Preparedness Week is organised every autumn during week 39 by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). The aim is to increase the public's resilience to societal crises and war. This year's theme is "You are part of Sweden's total defence".
