Javier, originally from Granada, Spain, now resides in Lysekil, where he runs Luna Vingård & Restaurang together with his partner Anette Niklasson.

Luna Vingård was established in 2011, and today the vineyard boasts around 5,000 vines, producing between 800-1,200 bottles of white, rosé, orange, and sparkling wine.
