The reception has been fantastic from both audiences and critics. Ystads Allehanda described him as "an entertainer of rank" and Borås Tidning wrote "This must be the best stand-up show of the year". After the audience rush, the Sweden tour is extended with a new playing season in the fall of 2023. On October 12, Ankan will return with his comedy show to Ystads Teater!

The beloved comedian Anders "Ankan" Johansson has entertained Swedish audiences for over 20 years. With his broad Eastern Gothic accent, he has, often together with his squire Måns Nilsson, both educated and spread warmth around the entire country. \"Everyone knows the Duck\" is his first own comedy show about living and getting through life. It covers both difficult and light subjects and allows the audience to meet a more personal "Duck" where he shares everyday boredom, panic attacks, politics and much of the other stuff that doesn't always fit in the public image.

- I am often told that I offer myself and that is of course nice to hear. This has led to people I don't know thinking they know everything about me. But the media only shows a small part of who you are. It can be perceived that as a comedian I have a long way to those parts of life that are a little more difficult to joke about. \"Everyone knows the Duck\" is a very funny show, but it also takes up that which is a bit awkward. It's personal but not private as they say, says Anders \"Ankan\" Johansson.

"Everybody knows the Duck" premiered in the comedian's hometown of Malmö in September 2022 and has since been played around Sweden in the fall and spring of 2023. Due to audience pressure, the tour is being extended this fall with 15 new performances.

- It is a favor to be able to do this and I feel very grateful that people actually come and watch. It's big for me, says Ankan.
