On stage: Malmö's authorized spreader of joy Sir Jay Åsling is coming with a rockabilly band to clear Öja! Sir Jay Åsling has a band in Austin, Texas and 4 records on Spotify. In the happy Rockn'roll orchestra we have the local hero Jonas "Skinny Joe" Stridsberg: vocals, abysmal roar; Sir Jörgen Åsling: guitar, vocals and duckwalk; Anna-Karin Pettersson: drums extravaganza bonanza, Mattias Carlsson: tenor & baritone saxophone and Håkan Persson: double bass. Skinny Joe & the Bugs offer a fast-paced show like in grandfather's time and play old rockers from the fifties, eg Rock around the clock, Great balls of fire, Stray cats (Brian Setzer), fun instrumentalists (Hawaii 5-0, Shadows surf medley etc.), some rock smokers from the 70s and a couple of originals from Åsling.
