Åke and his world

Text and music in the summer evening with actor Etienne Glaser and concert pianist Maria Rostotsky.
Etienne reads from Bertil Malmberg's tender classic "Åke and his world", where the six-year-old Åke tries to understand the mysteries of life, and looks at the enigmatic adult world with the eyes of a child in order to understand his place in existence. Maria plays from Wilhelm Stenhammar's poetic Late Summer Nights, and Mozart embroiders the little children's song Blinka lilla stjärna in artistic variations.
