[DENIED] Pasta workshop, 2 days
You are welcome on a two-day pasta course where you will learn the genuine way to knead a really good pasta dough, roll completely by hand with an Italian rolling pin (Mattarello), and then make both filled and unfilled pasta.
The two-day workshop gives you the opportunity to rehearse pasta-making within a fairly short time frame and "get it in" with your hands and eyes. Also get the chance to remember yourself how to make the dough - under supervision of course - day 2.
The dough is the basis of all good pasta. And under supervision, practice rolling, rolling and rolling!
Day 1
You will make Tortelloni, Fagottini, Farfalle, Sorpressini, Garganelli.
Day 2
Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, and Ravioli
