WELCOME!

Simrishamn Sailing Club will have boats in the water between 10 and 15 on the 27th of May for YOU to try sailing. There will be boats of various sizes and types available for trial so that everyone finds their favorite.

Optimist dinghies at pier E, suitable for ages 8-15. The Optimist dinghy is a small single-handed dinghy. You'll see them in the harbor during the summer with colorful sails; these are the dinghies we use during sailing schools in weeks 26, 27, and 28.

RS Quest at pier E, suitable for ages 12-65. The RS Quest is a larger dinghy typically sailed by two to three people. We use these dinghies during sailing school in week 31.

Keelboats at pier E, suitable for ages 15-75. Keelboats are slightly larger boats typically sailed by two to six people. We use these boats for evening sailing.

DF65 at the Customs House Quay, suitable for ages 8-99. The DF65 or Dragon Force 65 is a small radio-controlled boat that you sail from land. These boats are usually out Saturday mornings in the harbor. The club has three boats available for borrowing and testing.

Grilled sausage at the clubhouse, suitable for ages 1-99. We offer grilled sausage to everyone who tries sailing, regardless of the size of the boat. Take the opportunity to inquire about summer sailing schools and other activities.
