Pastaworkshop
After attending this pasta workshop, you'll easily be able to make pasta at home on your own.
You will learn how to create the perfect pasta dough—a key foundation for an enjoyable cooking experience.
Roll pasta by hand using a Mattarello, the Italian rolling pin.
Make filled pasta in various forms.
Create unfilled pasta in different types.
This half-day workshop lasts approximately 4.5 hours and includes breaks as needed, with energizing snacks provided. We will use fresh eggs from Hemdala Farm Store, which will be picked up on the same day.
Afterward, you can enjoy a glass of wine from Vinlådan and some locally-produced charcuterie and cheese while we recap the day and you have the opportunity to ask any additional questions.
You will take home about one kilogram of pasta that you made yourself.
Please note: Comfortable shoes are recommended!
