Music moments in Östra Herrestad's church

In connection with the weekend mass ringing in Östra Herrestad's church at 18.00 Saturdays in July you have the opportunity to visit a unique church that is otherwise closed. With origins from the 12th century and unique wall paintings from the late Middle Ages, it is a gem among Österlen's churches and an inspiring environment for a musical experience. In connection with the ringing, the village team arranges musical moments that last just over half an hour.
This Saturday guests play the group Trenne as part of a smaller Skåne tour. It consists of
Staffan Wester, guitar and vocals; Petra Kvist violin and vocals; Caroline Leander accordion/piano vocals.
The trio performs their own songs with lyrics about everything that life can contain: The longing to find home, reflections on life over a quiet cup of coffee, or the pure joy of a swirling Polish.
And all this in half an hour!
