Long breakfast at Örum 119

On Sunday, March 24, we invite Denmark to the breakfast kitchen, and two of restaurant Kadeau's star chefs - Francisco "Pancho" Cardenas and Marcel Dorrego.

It was somewhere around 2018 that we first started to define our version of the "long breakfast" phenomenon, which has since become a two-hour quiet moment during Sunday mornings in the hotel's dining room with a view of the Neids in the morning sun. Our guests are served a multi-course menu with local elements, the best of the season and long-distance friends, while Pia and Co fill glasses and cups, tinker and are on hand. You are offered an aperitif and a bite to eat. After that, a breakfast parade begins with Pancho and Marcel's signature.
