The Crown Bride from Malmö Opera

Kirsti is the daughter of a small farmer and Mats is the son of the churchwarden and the mill owner. The parents do not agree on the relationship. Kirsti and Mats fall in love and have a child during their stay at the shack. The child is hidden away from the midwife.
