Going Steady - Free dance performance

Lion cubs and jazz clubs, mourning elephants and evening elegance. Skånes Dansteater's new dance performance Going Steady is a playful display of human and animal relationships and courtship rituals.

Five dancers make their way from exciting beginnings to sad endings and everything in between. Meanwhile, they are accompanied by summery jazz tones.

The choreographer and dancer Liam Francis won the spring 2022 Skånes Dansteater's production prize during the RIDCC - Rotterdam International Duet Choreography Competition. This year, this award will become a reality with the dance performance Going Steady.
